IFSP can provide our speakers with a number of items to make their presenation easier. We provide:
• LCD Projector - Accepts VGA and HDMI input. (Supports both standard 4:3 as well as 16:9 formats)
• Mini DVI to HDMI connector
• Sound system, both RCA and mini headphone jack connectors available
• Clip on microphone for the speaker.
• Lecturn
• Windows laptop with Office 365 (In case your laptop breaks as happened to one of our prior speakers!)
• Attendance is usually between 20 and 50 people for talks.
You should plan for a presentation of about 50 minutes with 10 minutes for questions. (Speakers are scheduled an hour and thirty minutes apart to allow everyone to socialize as well as learn.)
