The new baby. This new telescope is the pride of the observatory. A 28" telescope, the primary mirror showed up on Friday just in time to be put in for the nights observing.
This monster scope should provide fantastic views of the night sky for both the amateur astronomers that gather here in addition to the scouts that enjoy the beauty of the camp grounds.
